Throttle League is a competitive and social platform built for motorsports fans. To ensure a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all users, the following Code of Conduct applies to all activity within the app. By using the Services, you agree to uphold these standards at all times.

Be respectful to others. Harassment, abuse, bullying, hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Treat all participants with courtesy, regardless of skill level, background, or opinion.

Do not impersonate another user, public figure, or representative of Throttle League. Misleading or deceptive behavior, including using misleading usernames or profile photos, is prohibited.

Do not engage in cheating, collusion, or other actions intended to manipulate gameplay. This includes but is not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting bugs or loopholes, intentionally delaying picks, or tampering with scoring systems. All picks and actions must reflect honest play.

Content you post or share — including profile information, chat messages, group names, or pool descriptions — must be appropriate for a general audience. Inappropriate content includes but is not limited to obscenity, profanity, sexually explicit material, hate symbols, or incitement to violence.

Spamming is not allowed. Do not flood chat or content feeds with repeated or irrelevant messages, self-promotional links, or advertisements without authorization. Respect the app environment and experience of others.

Respect all platform rules, including those of Apple and Google, which govern acceptable content and behavior. Users found in violation of third-party rules may be restricted or banned from the platform.

Attempting to disrupt or damage the platform’s functionality — including unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or harmful code injection — is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent suspension or legal action.

Throttle League reserves the right to investigate any reports of misconduct and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension, permanent account bans, or removal of content without prior notice.

If you observe behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support@throttleleague.app. Include as much detail as possible, including usernames, screenshots, and timestamps where relevant.

By using Throttle League, you acknowledge that your participation is subject to this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in penalties at the discretion of the platform. Our goal is to keep Throttle League a fun, respectful, and competitive space for all players. Thank you for contributing to a positive community.
