From time to time, Throttle League may offer fantasy challenges, trivia games, mini-tournaments, or similar competitions ("Contests") to engage the user community. These Contest Rules apply to all such events, whether recurring or one-time, and supplement our Terms and Conditions. By participating in any Contest, you agree to be bound by these rules.
Participation in Contests is open to registered users of Throttle League who meet the minimum age and legal requirements in their jurisdiction. Some Contests may be limited to residents of certain countries or regions. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win unless specifically stated. Some Contests may require the use of Throttle Points, which can be earned through gameplay or obtained via in-app purchase.
Entry instructions, deadlines, and scoring mechanics will be clearly posted within the app or accompanying materials. By entering, you agree to follow all Contest guidelines and to make only legitimate entries without automated tools, bots, or unfair tactics. Throttle League reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, collusion, or rule manipulation.
Contest scoring and outcomes may be based on game performance, accuracy of picks, trivia results, timing, or other objective or subjective criteria. All scoring methods and ranking procedures will be defined in advance. Throttle League’s determination of results is final.
Prizes may include Throttle Points, profile badges, Pro access upgrades, or other digital rewards. In some cases, limited physical merchandise or sponsor-provided items may be awarded. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
In the event of a tie or dispute, the winner may be determined based on time of entry, secondary challenge results, or a random draw, at our discretion. Tied users may share prizes or be issued split rewards as appropriate.
If Throttle League believes that technical issues, security problems, or external interference have compromised the fairness of a Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the event at any time. Users will be notified of changes where feasible.
Contest winners may be announced in-app, on social media, or through user notifications. By entering, you grant Throttle League the right to publicly display your username and results for the purposes of winner recognition and leaderboard ranking. If you win a prize requiring age or eligibility verification, we may contact you for further information before issuing the reward. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications.
Throttle League employees, contractors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from eligibility depending on the contest format. Specific eligibility exclusions will be stated where applicable.
By participating in a Contest, you release Throttle League from all liability related to your entry or any prize you receive. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform terms.
